1. Senior Product Manager at Jornaya

The Product Line Manager (PLM) is responsible for the development and success of one or more Verisk Marketing Solutions (VMS) product lines.

The Product Line Manager will serve as the “CEO of the Product Line,” leading and directing cross-functional activities throughout the organization to ensure the product line’s ongoing success for our current customers (delivery, value achievement, and retention), as well as its growth and adoption by new customers (sales).

  • Work closely with technical leaders and development teams to drive roadmap execution and meet release dates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish and enhance the process for delivering the product line to our clients, which includes implementation, support, and customer success.
  • Operate as the ultimate escalation point and decision maker for product delivery difficulties and faults, as well as for customers and prospects who are having difficulty meeting the product line’s standard value proposition.
  • Conduct regular business reviews for the product line with the Executive Leadership team, offering visibility into important indicators and progress toward our business objectives, as well as asking for input from leadership to make consensus-based product decisions.
