As a Car Wash Lead, you will be responsible for aiding your store’s leadership in meeting WetGo goals and objectives while increasing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain safety as a primary priority in all parts of our work, including Team Members, Customers, and Products.

  • Develop work assignment sheets for each WetGo shift, assuring daily completion.
  • Support and enforce all corporate policies, including safety and security protocols, as outlined in the GetGo Handbook and/or developed by GetGo Management.
  • Perform preventative maintenance chores to guarantee that the car wash meets its uptime requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment, floors, interior and outside car wash and vacuum areas, and so on, in order to comply with safety and sanitary laws.
  • Keep the car wash area clean by sweeping garbage and plowing snow as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience required: one to three years.
  • Desired Experience: Previous Desired Education for Car Wash Management
  • Required qualifications include a high school certificate or equivalent, as well as certification or licensing.
