Responsibilities

  • Stock the housekeeping cart with cleaning products, fresh linens, and guest necessities.
  • Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and removing linens and trash.
  • Change and restock bed linens, towels, and other guest amenities as necessary.
  • Clean other designated locations when allocated, such as restrooms, public spaces, offices, and meeting rooms.
  • Ensure that all hotel property is in good functioning order; report missing items, damage, or technical concerns to management or supervisor as needed.

  • Restock room supplies, including glassware, toiletries, and linens.
  • Store dirty linens in accordance with business guidelines.
  • Inspect and change mattresses regularly.
