• Oversee and assist as needed with payroll setups, allocations, and pay batch reviews.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, examining and resolving any unexpected items detected.
• Oversee project expense/revenue allocations, perform adjusting entries relating to this work (for example, payroll costs allocated across many projects), make monthly journal entries for prepaid and accruals as needed, and so on.
• Assist the controller with monthly closes, compliance and reporting work reviews, report preparation, item investigations, and so on.
